
Policies
Pre-appointment - Need picture of photo id at least the day before appointment (driver’s license or passport) and this is for safety reasons due to working out of my home. This also helps with lash mapping and pre-planning.
Caffeine - Strongly recommended to not drink caffeine or enough to make you jittery. This can make your eyes flutter and be harder to lash.
Clean lashes - Please come with clean lashes/no mascara/glue residue. I provide a complimentary lash bath, but this helps ensure that I can lash you the fullest in the time allotted.
Guests - No guests or pets please. No additional guests waiting in car outside home. Please schedule your appointments accordingly.
Lash loss - If 50% or more of your extensions are missing per eye, fill price is subject to change. Full set price may be implemented depending on the amount of lashes missing.
Phones - Please refrain from using your phones during service. You can use it for emergency texts/calls but this helps with getting your lashes done with the highest quality and fastest time.
Late - If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, it will be canceled and will need to be rescheduled.
Cancellation - All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to appointment time. If cancelled within 48 hours, a 50% fee of service will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be made.
No show - If you no call or no show, a 75% fee will be charged before any future appointments will be made. Continuous no calls or no shows will result in no future bookings.
Free fix - If extreme premature lash loss happens within the first 72 hours of your lash appointment, a complimentary fix fill may be scheduled.
Refunds - No exceptions. Product and time are used that can’t be given back.
Foreign fill - No foreign fills. Happy to do a free removal with a full new set.
Age - 18+ years
